ForeignBanknotes.com has partnered with PayPal to provide the convenience of accepting credit card payments online. Each Country page that has currency available will have an "Add to Cart" button. Simply click that button to place the corresponding currency in your selectonic "Shopping Cart."
After you have finished selecting your items, simply click the "View Cart" button located on any page to proceed to the secure PayPal check out.
If you are not a member of the PayPal network, you will have the opportunity to join through the check out process.
Non PayPal Orders
If you prefer not to pay for your currency through PayPal, don't worry. Just send us an e-mail containing the Country Name and PIC numbers you would like to order to info at foreignbanknotes dot com. We will email you an invoice that you can pay with one of the options below.
Cash
Cash will be accepted ONLY at buyer's risk! Items paid for in this manner will ship within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Please do not send coins. If there is an overpayment due to rounding up, a credit will be issued for the next order.
Money Orders and Cashier's Checks
Money orders and cashier's checks must be in US Dollars. Items paid for in this manner will ship within 24 hours after receipt of payment. IMPORTANT: All checks must be made out to either Karl or Karen Barger!
Foreign Banknotes
We do accept payment in uncirculated or hard to find foreign banknotes. Please email us prior to sending payment for us to work out an agreement. Items paid for in this manner will ship within 24 hours after receipt of payment. NOTE: If the banknotes sent for payment are not what was agreed upon, your payment will be returned to you and we will ask you to make payment in some other way.
Checks
Personal checks, drawn on US banks only, are accepted. However, shipment of your banknotes will be delayed up to 14 days to wait for the check to clear. IMPORTANT: All checks must be made out to either Karl or Karen Barger!

Notes mailed by Regular Mail are done so at the buyer's risk. There is no way to track a non-registered envelope, therefore, ForeignBanknotes.com cannot assume responsibility should your non-registered package not reach its destination.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the date it was mailed, for a refund of the purchase price of the note. We cannot refund shipping charges. All we ask is that you email us and let us know it is being returned. We would appreciate an explanation as to why it did not meet with your approval, so we may better serve you and our other customers, but it is not mandatory.
We are sorry, we cannot accept any returns after the 14 day approval period.
